Working with banking, traveling and insurance customers, will be the direct and privileged interlocutor of customers, having the mission to manage the relationship with customers at a distance. Its objective is to find adequate solutions to meet the client’s needs, respecting the defined procedures. Primary actor in the relationship with the customer, its actions are aimed at customer satisfaction. This position will happen in Porto or Guimarães, and with big probability of realization extension.
The main activities will be regarding customer Service: management of customer requests, processing complaints, monitoring customer records, information requests management, hotline, and Technical Service.
– Salary: 800 EUR per month.
